Royal skincare encourages guests to schedule appointments in advance. same day reservations always welcome based on availability. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours in advanced notice. If less than 24 hours is given, there is a 50% charge of scheduled service fee.

We offer a 14-day full refund for the products that are with the original packaging and unopened.
