Welcome. I’m Mozhgan, founder and CEO of Royal Skincare in Scottsdale. My journey into holistic beauty began long before Royal was born, from a deep curiosity about how body, mind, and soul work together to create true well-being.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by both the science and the spirit of healing. My studies began in Anesthesiology at the University of Isfahan in Iran, where I learned the Western scientific foundations of health. At the same time, my heart was drawn to metaphysics, energy healing, Sufism, and mysticism, fields that opened my eyes to the unseen connections between energy, emotion, and physical beauty.

I also studied Eastern herbalism for two years, creating natural skincare remedies from flowers and fruits for friends and family. Those early experiences taught me that radiant skin reflects not just what we apply, but how we live, think, and feel.

When I immigrated to the United States with my two children, I faced every challenge imaginable, a new language, culture, and career path, yet those experiences deepened my faith and spiritual growth. I knew my next chapter had to merge my passions for science, nature, and inner healing. So I became a licensed aesthetician, determined to help others restore balance and confidence through personalized, non-aggressive treatments that honor both beauty and well-being.

Working in a large franchise spa taught me what I didn’t want, a focus on sales over connection. I dreamed of something more meaningful: a space where clients could feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. That dream became Royal Skincare, a sanctuary where Eastern wisdom meets Western innovation and where every facial is an experience in renewal from the inside out.

My Persian heritage continues to inspire the Royal philosophy: beauty is not a surface goal, but a reflection of harmony within. My holistic approach blends energy work, herbal knowledge, and advanced techniques to deliver visible, lasting results while nurturing peace of mind.

My own journey with rosacea and pigmentation in my younger years taught me compassion for anyone struggling with their skin. Through research, herbal blends, and lifestyle changes, I restored my natural glow, and today, in my mid-50s, my healthy skin is living proof of the power of alignment between lifestyle, energy, and skincare.
